“Item was ok but too small for my dog I returned item but have never received my refund even after contacting them so there customer service is absolutely not up to standard.”

“Bought boots in the sale but had to return them quality of the leather no great eyelets at the top were off centre not equal and not enough support around the ankle. Sorry.”

“I measured both my golden retriever and my cocker spaniel to get the correct recommended size for each but both were too tight around the chest area, the next size up would have been to big everywhere else unfortunately so having to return. The fleece version fit my cocker perfectly so not sure if its just the material or if there is a slight discrepancy in the actually size with the rain coat v fleece.”

“I sent for two in a 14 and a 16. Kept the size 14 and good jumper even though I would prefer a less deep V . My issue is the return. You can’t do an online return for my post code so I had to dig around to eventually find a firm to print and fill in and type up a label and post back at my cost. I never did get the refund so the jumper I kept cost me the price of two. Disappointed in this process that is prejudicial to postcodes in the Highlands and Islands. I won’t be shopping with Rydale again.”

“Sadly had to return the jumper as it was too big and still awaiting the refund ☹️, had wanted to reorder in smaller size but was showing out of stock, a day later it was back in stock but had gone up in price, still reordered as did like the jumper”

“I tried on my daughters size 12 trousers ( I am a size 12 ) and they were too big so I ordered a size 10 for myself and I had difficulty doing them up but the legs were baggy on me. I am in the process of sending them back. Very disappointed ☹️”

“Small made and very low waisted. Comfy over the legs though. However if you want protection from brambles/jaggy stuff these offer no protection whatsoever. These are more suited for standing on peg/fashion”

“The order of boots arrived promtly and lovely quality, however, the size did come up small, I reordered the next size up, for them to be on the small size too. Really disapointed as the quality and style are what I'd been looking for.”

“Dog fleece...ordered S/M, much too baggy, returned & ordered S, body fits perfect but too tight round neck and no give in the fabric, the measurements on the size guide are incorrect. Wasted 2 lots of delivery charges and 2 trips to return, sorry won't be ordering any others.”

“We have a cockerpoo as an example, found very awkward to put on due to legs being non-elasticated and trying to get him to stay still to get his legs in was a pain and the same for removal.”

“Lovely quality, warm and true to size. Unfortunately within second wear there was a whole in the side. Rydale sent me a replacement but the replacement also has a whole in the sleeve fresh out of the packaging.”

“The products are fine, but the delivery is not. Delivered to the wrong address, because the courier delivered to the wrong postcode. After 3 days, I went looking for my parcel, and I was lucky to find it. The Courier asked for a review, so I gave a poor one, but they have not made any effort to put things right. You could have received 5 stars, but your courier has let you down.”

“Abysmal experience and major hassle. Evri still haven’t delivered after (claimed) multiple attempts. They either keep going to wrong place or there’s a scam here somewhere. I have given phone number etc to no avail. I never buy from a supplier if I know they use Evri.”
