“For the Hannah skirt I would give five stars. However on the website it said it was washable but when the skirt arrived it says dry clean only and although I have phoned and emailed I am still waiting for an answer!!!!”

“The quality of the jacket was good and it was very light. Unfortunately, although it was very roomy at the top, it was much too small at the hips and had to be returned.”

“I was pleased that rydale are selling larger sizes but they are not UK sizes. I ordered size 22 shirts that are more like a 14. Very disappointed ☹️”

“Disappointed to find that the products I purchased are made abroad. The company widely uses the Union Flag on its products & advertises its British heritage. Disingenuous at best.”

“I wanted ankle boots with a zip because I have a high in-step and can't get my feet into pull-on boots. These zip boots look stylish, have nice chunky soles and are reasonably priced. A minor gripe is that my high in-step means that the opening gapes when trying to zip up and the tongue is too narrow so the edge of it gets caught in the zip.”

“Unfortunately the boots I received were really poor quality and fell apart within weeks of receiving them. Both tassels are broken, the leather has started to come away from the elastic on the backs of both boots and is all frayed and tatty. The structure at the heel of each boot has started to collapse. Just generally not great unfortunately as otherwise they are comfy boots that did look good until they started to fall to bits! I did submit a complaint last week before leaving this review but no one has come back to me unfortunately.”

“Ordering was easy. Delivery was very quick. Item's well made. Unfortunately, I bought the 'Men's Waterproof Walking Jacket - Warter' as a gift. The recipient, walking in 13°C dry weather with the jacket open ended up soaking wet from perspiration. There is no ventilation. Just to add insult to injury the price has now dropped £10.”

“Disappointed with the cut of the coat I.e. the front splays out and twists over one leg and tight across shoulders. Would have returned it if I had not worn it. What’s more the price had reduced by the time it was delivered.”

“Sadly all 3 items were too small for Arthur and Henry The fleece and rain jacket although XL were too small for a spin one The rain jacket the strap was too short to fasten around Henry I was very disappointed as the quality of the items was excellent”

“Unfortunately sizes come up very small. I originally ordered a size 20 which should have been plenty large enough but sadly not, so I had to order a 22 which fits perfectly. Stupidly I forgot to send the first one back in time so am now the proud owner of a shirt that is way too small. On the plus side, the shirt is excellent quality.”

“Product did not fit so had to return. Ordered correct size according to size chart. Fit on legs was snug however the waistband was 2 or 3 inches too large for my waist, with a large gap at the back.”
