“It’s a nice hat but definitely not the pale blue that is depicted in the photo so a little disappointed”

“The boots arrived promptly & looked good. Sadly I have a high instep which always gives me problems with pull on boots. I thought I’d get away with the wide leg, but couldn’t. So had to return.”

“Delivery took a while. But was kept informed. Jacket is lovely. Generous, warm and well made. The hoody feels lovely but is very tight around the bottom hem and is a struggle to get on, very uncomfortable for riding in which is a shame as is really warm.”

“The product arrived in a short space of time and fits well, which was good. I am not sure how long the item will last though as some of the stitching is not well finished off, which is disappionting for a British made product and why I am only giving this 3 stars at the moment”

“Happy to receive an order delivered promptly. But neither items fitted so had to return. The shoes for me l could not get on as to tight, quality nice . Would suggest that a narrow fitting should be stated against them. Also waiting to receive refund.”

“Ordered 3 hoodies/sweatshirts and 2 polo shirts. Polo shirts are very small fit & had an embroidery error on motif 'Pydale' Returned item 48 hrs & 6 days later I have had no notification of a refund.”

“Turned up quickly and in good condition. Colour representative of that on the website. Quality was as expected, or better for the price. Came up a bit small though, would have been happy to keep them but they seem to belong to the wife now. I intend to buy replacements in a larger size.”

“I nice little jacket - practical and great to chuck on when at the yard and a light shower comes over. Arms are quite short in length though. It would be better for riding if it had a two way zip. A bargain in the sale but would have sent back if full price. Can't fault Rydale service though - super fast delivery.”

“Size 14 tee shirt was extremely tight, and the size 14 polo shirt was way too big. I returned my entire order. Breeches I bought, were not to my liking, those are harder to fit right. The back of them had a big gap, not a proper fit at all. Was disappointed.”

“Slightly disappointed. Bought two shirts advertised as two for £25, so obviously I agreed to that price. When delivered , one of the shirts, the Wetwang carried a standard price tag of two for £18.”

“Dissapointed because the whole web of Rydale suggest that they support local manufacture and the like, but my pair of shoes is MADE IN INDIA. Quality seems OK, but not a bargain for a pair of shoes crafted in the 3rd world.”
