Ordered brown brogue. They came with 1x covered in a milky film which wont come off. No response from phone call or email. Want to exchange but I dont see why I should have to pay for return label/postage! Really not happy. Never had a bad experience before! They weren't cheap @ £50!!

Wrong shirts delivered, we kept one and returned the other, but no acknowledgement recieved,also asking for return postage as the fault was not mine I did order two more shirts which were correct.

Item arrived with pen marks on front very visible but it says that all items are checked before sending. I did email for a response but have up to now 11 days not heard a thing have now given up and have give the item different treatments for the stain and It is almost removed Would have just returned but that was at cost would never use this company again

Terrible from word go. When I received them there were no return instructions in with shoes. I had to look it up on website. I returned them by sign delivery over a week and a half ago and still no refund. Appalling service,would never recommend & probably wont get refund !!

I ordered two Sledmere 2XXL shirts. One harvester arrived 2XXL and one Sledmere XS!!! I reordered two more shirts which were fine. I returned the XS one which cost me £3.70 to return I asked for the postage as well as shirt refund, but have heard nothing Will you investigate please

I placed an order online on 23rd April, it’s now the 8th May and I am still waiting to receive my order. It appears the issue lies with your chosen courier. I appreciate these are unprecedented times however I would at the very least out of courtesy expect an acknowledgement of the messages I have sent via email, Facebook & Instagram enquiring about the whereabouts of my order. You are active on social media, therefore I would expect that your customer service team are also active and available to assist customers.

I have to retun the coat far to big however can't print a lable as I'm self isolating and I have phoned messaged asking for my lable to be posted out to me No one has replied no lable Not happy at all with the service I have paid for the lable can some one please post it out

Whilst I accept that Covid 19 has created an increased demand for internet ordering, waiting for an order for two weeks and still counting without any means of communication to ascertain why the items have sat with there couriers Hermes Both Rydale and Hermes websites do not allow communication, merely creating circular actions with no possible resolution Having been a loyal customer for over two decades purchasing from shows and shops, find this experience very disappointing, despite two emails and a facebook message and attempted phone calls to both company's, within this last week i have still not received any communication, will this be the key to opening a communication dialog to get my delivery moving

Order Placed end of march to deliver around 4th April still not deliverd 3rd May 7 emails no response phones not answered. I have orderd from them many times and allways firts class service. I understand the situation we are in but just replay to my e mail and give me an update !!. Order #2246062866503

My order has still not arrived! DPD emailed to say my parcel would be delivered on 20/04/20. There was no delivery and when I track them parcel DPD say they have not yet received the parcel. I have tried contacting Rydale but no one is taking phone calls and my email has not been replied to. I understand these are difficult times but three weeks late and nothing from Rydale is poor service.

The colour I have ordered supposed to be grey I get black. The sizes are not very accurate far too big the most annoying thing is the fabric itself is rather cheap looking and quite thin. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Sonar wuoalty u can get form amazon for £10

Ordered a metal bottle and it has a crack at the metal around the bottom. Hasn’t even been used, was like it when I opened it! This was 3 weeks ago. I’ve emailed 3 time’s and had no response, unable to get through on the phone. Unhappy with the service.

My order has not arrived. My email asking where it is has not been answered. My facebook message asking the same has not been answered. I tried to phone but you are not taking calls. Not impressed.
