“Rydale have been amazing but Evri sent me a photo of my so called delivered parcel which was taken in their van?? I’ve been in contact with a member of your team & this is being looked into? Evri are a shocking delivery service & are doing you an injustice! I look forward to getting my second order which is now being sent to my mums address as Evri fail to deliver to me…. Someone is having a great time on EBay?? 😡”

“Wore them in the rain, first time worn. Not waterproof at all. I live in Scotland I need waterproof boots and these boots leak and its only August. Very disappointed”

“I never received the parcel and when I contacted Evri they said the delivery man couldn't find me which is nonsense because the came.the day before with another parcel.”

“Ordered a size 8 loafer, checked this was a european 42 but when they arrived were more like a UK size 5. Can only assume they are American sizing.”
