“Dreadful customer service. I returned my order and had to chase up my refund. Got an email explaining how their returns department were valiantly trying to deal with the mountain of returns they receive. It was worded as though I should be grateful! Utterly bizarre and still no refund received weeks later.”

“The collar was beautiful, however even though I ordered xs it was still too big for my dog”

“The difference in size between the xs and the small is massive. I returned it straight away. Never got it out of the wrapping could see it was too big. Send it back with their returns label two weeks ago and I still haven’t had a refund. It’s been received at their place but they’ve failed to refund me. I’ve emailed them and they sent me an automated response and no resolution. I won’t buy from them again. I will be contacting trading standards in the new year.”

“Sadly due to having a high instep I couldn’t fit my feet in. Legs were lovely and wide but I just couldn’t get the angle to get my feet in. Returned the same day (9 days ago via DPD) but have heard nothing since, but probably slow on returns due to Christmas.”

“Item seems very good, I ordered two sizes and sent the larger one back the same day. Slightly disappointed with the return schedule, item I returned was delivered the following day, and seven working days later still has not been processed for a refund, that I’m am told once processed could take another 14 days. Not impressed with that side of the buying process.”

“I love Rydale clothing. It's always comfortable and well made. The fleece are a perfect fit and so soft. Wellies socks for husbands Christmas present so obviously not tried yet but hoping they're the same great quality.”

“Unfortunately I have not received my order as yet. The first time order was placed it was deemed as lost with courier which I know is not Rydale fault. I then contacted Rydale to advise I had not received my order and they reissued my items again. I asked if I could have it delivered by Royal Mail not Evri but was told Evri was only carrier used in Northern Ireland. It is 4 days since second order was dispatched and as yet I have not received it. Unfortunately my order is Christmas presents which I don’t think I will have for Christmas Day.”

“Not fully waterproof when walking through wet fields. Unfortunately after a couple days of wearing the wellies the inner lining had holes causing blisters on the heels. Sadly disappointed in these”
