“I found the price to be really generous and delivery was extremely quick eleven in normal circumstances (2 days after I ordered it). I did have to return one item due to my own fault and that was quite easy and my refund followed soon after.”

“The delivery date passed with no parcel . I had an email to say parcel tracking was not accurate as parcels may not be scanned at each stage so not unduly worried. One week later I rang customer services who said the parcel had been lost in transit and resent it. If I hadn’t phoned I would still be waiting. Still waiting for the parcel to arrive though”

“I bought these two jumpers for my son, they were exactly as described and he was over the moon. Reasonably priced, delivery was slow as I had paid for faster delivery (1-2days) and it was a bit longer than that. Apart from that we are delighted with our purchase.”

“I have still not received my purchase that I ordered for my Wife in April. I have been thanked for my patience on the 2nd of May, but still no further news. When will I receive my item? If it's not coming will I be expecting a refund?”

“Great service and excellent quality, perfect fit. The only thing I would change is the GB 🇬🇧 motives on the gilet are a little too much for me. However with some minor adjustments I love it. I don’t ride but would use the company again”

“I received the order in good time and it was beautifully & extremely well wrapped. I didn’t want to open it as it looked so good. The quality of this shirt is very good and it fits lovely - arms a tiny tiny bit long but not that it’s a problem - am weighing up whether to order another one with a different design as I am so pleased with this one.”

“Rydale is such good quality and I love the extra applique they have on their tops, not all of us want a plain navy top!! I'm so pleased with them that I've bought 5 in the past month, all the clients at the yard have been asking where I got them from. They keep their shape and colour after every wash,. My boy especially loves the handwarmer pocket as he knows that's where his treats are.”
