“Service from yourselves was outstanding I brought the smallest size but was still to big for my dog but it will grow into it I'm sure she is only 20 months old. I'm sure I will purchasing from your company again soon”

“If you could give 0 stars then I would! I ordered two items of clothing for Father’s Day on the 12th of June, on the 16th of June I had an email to say my items were delayed and would be with me for the 18th and then on the 18th I had an email to say that they had not even been shipped. But my money had still come out of my account! Complete waste of time and I had to go and buy something else for Father’s Day.”

“I ordered country boots for my daughter during Covid-19 lockdown. They arrived within two days, which made my daughter very happy. Considering the situation, I would say Rydale's service is impeccable, especially when I compare it to other merchants whose goods I had to await for two weeks!”

“Beautiful and the quality is superb. Rapid response to order too. Just unfortunately they did not fit my daughter she was devastated. We wanted the regular but they sold out. We will definitely order again with this company.”
