“Loved my new jacket, fitted perfectly, bit after washing recently, the filling has become lumpy and uneven, which is a shame as it's a nice jacket”

“I tried on my daughters size 12 trousers ( I am a size 12 ) and they were too big so I ordered a size 10 for myself and I had difficulty doing them up but the legs were baggy on me. I am in the process of sending them back. Very disappointed ☹️”

“Ordered boots over 2 weeks ago and no goods arrived yet . Took the Payment 5 times totalling £540 and no refund yet despite several emails and attempts to call them … very disappointing as I have used them in past with no issues. My bank now investigating. This has been a stressful experience”

“Not very good. When I returned the boots it took five days for them to acknowledge receipt. We are now on day eight and no sign of my refund. I have used much better online retailers. I also emailed them twice with no response from them.”

“Lovely jumper and a gorgeous shade of blue. I have bought it to play golf in, so it will be getting plenty of use. It is also great for wearing anytime, as it just looks like a normal sweater. Great purchase.”
