“Very nice hat and well made in Britain, with English wools also! The peak at the front could be a bit shorter As this can be annoying other than that it is a great hat!”

“Really good quality products. Esspecially the shirts. Sizing chart was way off on the jackets I ordered though. Ended up having to return them. Biggest downside was the customer service, emailed twice for some assistance heard nothing back both times.”

“I lost my favourite Rydale hoodie so I went on line to order a new one and luck was on my side, the hoodie I ordered was half price so I ordered another one! I like them so much, soft, warm and comfortable and I’m really really tempted to porter another two 😃”

“Ordered my waxed cotton coat, to replace old jacket, which had a broken zip. Wanted something light weight, but warm, waterproof and windproof. It also has a metal zip, which is much more robust than the modern plastic ones. Very pleased with my purchase. Perfect for wearing when caring for my horses and goats. Thank you Rydale.”

“These boots are amazing, really comfortable to wear and enough room to be able to wear thick socks, I love my fleece gilet this is the 3rd one I have these are so versatile to wear on there own or under a coat”

“I ordered two Sledmere 2XXL shirts. One harvester arrived 2XXL and one Sledmere XS!!! I reordered two more shirts which were fine. I returned the XS one which cost me £3.70 to return I asked for the postage as well as shirt refund, but have heard nothing Will you investigate please”

“Loved the item but it was a bit too big so had to return it - still waiting for refund though & no one has been in touch despite my enquiring! Have since ordered a smaller one which, as with the other orders, arrived promptly & was packaged really well!”
