“Slightly disappointed. Bought two shirts advertised as two for £25, so obviously I agreed to that price. When delivered , one of the shirts, the Wetwang carried a standard price tag of two for £18.”

“First delivery of a Panama hat was great. However can’t say it was the same experience when I ordered a second. It arrived damaged I had to return it and am still waiting for it’s replacement :(”

“Customer services are very abrupt and unhelpful The company sent incorrect size but denied it was their mistake And told me I would have to pay for the returns even though my account doesn’t state the size ordered I bought item as a gift which arrived in a box scuffed and battered I was a regular customer but will never use again due to very poor customer service”

“I ordered 2 items, the Men's Wetherby II Quilted Jacket and the Men's Tweed Baseball Cap with Leather peak. The Quilted jacket is a lovely forest green and fits perfectly. The lining is lovely and the external pockets are finished nicely. The internal pocket is also large enough for maps. The baseball cap is finished very well and the tweed goes well with other clothing you wear. The order to delivery process was excellent. This is my first purchase from Rydale and I am very satisfied with the quality, pricing and delivery. Will order other items from Rydale and recommend to friends and family.”

“this is my first purchase from Rydale I bought 2 cable knit v neck jumpers which are really good quality and a brown wax gillet which is lovely, and fits really well with a thin jumper or shirt underneath my only very small disappointment with the gillet (but certainly not enough to return it), is that the inside lining is in a green tartan style print and not the white cotton flower print pattern as stated on the description.... other than that very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from Rydale again :)”
