“Lovely suede tassel loafers. Unfortunately size 8 (my usual size) were absolutely huge on me both length and width-wise so I had to return them. A great shame as the four pairs of size 8 boots I've bought from Rydale in recent years have all fitted perfectly.”

“I returned my items. I wasn't used to your sizing and the items I ordered was small on me, as well as not suitable for my figure type. More curvy female than unisex type straight cut. Other than that the quality was good.”

“Love these hiking socks. I’ve bought these, because I’ve worn my others out. They are the warmest & comfiest walking socks I’ve ever had! Will be buying some more hopefully, in a few years, when I’ve worn these out!”

“1st time ordering from Rydale, a coat for my sisters bday. so wasn’t used to their sizing so had to return and reorder the next size up, from start to finish going through that process I found rydale excellent. Would highly recommend.”

“These fleece coats are great I’ve ordered several in different colours. They fit my dog really well and the zip fasteners makes them so easy to get on and off The quality is just as good or better of far more expensive brands.”

“I have bought shirts from Rydale before, and have always found the sizing perfect. But recently they have changed, and the sleeves seem to be much longer. The size guide on the website says 47cm, but I measured the sleeves and they are 51cm. I have therefore returned them. This is very disappointing, and I am sorry that I will not to be able to buy their shirts again.”

“Had 2 dog fleeces for my springers. Always have them but this time had the inbetween sizes m/large and l/xl as medium and large were fitting a bit too snug. Love that we can get these inbetween sizes as now the fitting is comfy and they look great. So easy to put on and the price is a big bonus too. Well done Ryedale.”
