“The boots were wide enough on the leg, but due to having a high instep I couldn’t get my feet into them. I have returned them but have not yet been refunded. Delivery was super fast but the returns procedure has been difficult and slow.”

“Wellies are as good as other brands that cost up to four times more. Shirts make a few dozen I have from Jermyn Street and Savile Row look and feel like over-priced tat. Amazing quality,fit and comfort for just £22. Big woollen jumper too baggy and a bit itchy. Wax jackets are, like the wellies and shirts, exceptional value and higher quality compared to the very obvious wax jacket alternative brand. Rydale is excellent.”

“Fits well, was worried about length due to my very tall husband but the xxl fitted just fine. Lovely & warm, great colour & all in all a successful Christmas gift! Phew!”

“Really like the fleece vests, I have 3. Lovely and soft, keeps me warm and still soft after a machine wash. I definitely recommend if looking for a warm, reliable vest which is light to wear and not too expensive so ticks all the boxes.”

“Dreadful customer service. I returned my order and had to chase up my refund. Got an email explaining how their returns department were valiantly trying to deal with the mountain of returns they receive. It was worded as though I should be grateful! Utterly bizarre and still no refund received weeks later.”

“The difference in size between the xs and the small is massive. I returned it straight away. Never got it out of the wrapping could see it was too big. Send it back with their returns label two weeks ago and I still haven’t had a refund. It’s been received at their place but they’ve failed to refund me. I’ve emailed them and they sent me an automated response and no resolution. I won’t buy from them again. I will be contacting trading standards in the new year.”

“Sadly due to having a high instep I couldn’t fit my feet in. Legs were lovely and wide but I just couldn’t get the angle to get my feet in. Returned the same day (9 days ago via DPD) but have heard nothing since, but probably slow on returns due to Christmas.”
