“Unfortunately the boots I received were really poor quality and fell apart within weeks of receiving them. Both tassels are broken, the leather has started to come away from the elastic on the backs of both boots and is all frayed and tatty. The structure at the heel of each boot has started to collapse. Just generally not great unfortunately as otherwise they are comfy boots that did look good until they started to fall to bits! I did submit a complaint last week before leaving this review but no one has come back to me unfortunately.”

“Small childs country jacket, so lovely and a perfect fit. One of three purchased due to being uncertain of size and colour. Unfortunately had to return two larger sizes. The return arrangements were very straightforward. This is a first class company to buy from. Needless to say have since made many more delightful purchases. Thank you.”
