“I am a self-employed carer, and was having trouble receiving the OTP code from the bank, to allow me to transfer money online. I called 1st Forex on Skype from South Africa and spoke to a woman who processed the transfer for me, obviating the necessity for the OTP process, and calling me back once she had confirmed that the transfer had been successfully completed. I was most grateful for her help, and very impressed with her handling of the whole thing. Many thanks again, Sue Dawson.”
