The big one is that when I have to phone the office it is invariably answered by a real person, not an answering machine! How novel is that? I hope your merger does not affect adversely affect your excellent service.”

“I always use 1st Contact as my first choice of money transfer because it is the easiest and most efficient transfer service that I have used. Whilst you can occasionally find a slightly better rate of exchange or a slightly lower admin cost I would rather opt for reliability, ease and confidence that comes with 1st Contact. With most of my regular transactions pre-loaded a new funds transfer takes just a couple of minutes to load, is authorised immediately, processed and cleared within the week. I really don't want or expect much more than this when transferring money overseas”
