“Convenient, efficient and effective compared to other methods of transfer namely from UK bank to SA bank. Bonus having personalised Client Relations Consultant guiding me through the process and continuous communications to my mobile and via email was very comforting. Could improve by advising to select "British Pound 2321" as the payment method for debit card transfer, it was quickly corrected but could have been avoided had I known to select that option.”
