“Used safestyle when renovating our old house and did a fantastic job however 10 years on 2018, we thought we would use them again BIG MISTAKE. we are currently 18 months (Nov 19) into remedial work and has been escalated to fenserology . the conservatory was not surveyed properly causing the roof to dip and put pressure on the glass which ending up supporting it. the windows were fitted by what i would call apprentices with very little experience and know how, hammering bricks out of the wall and forcing the windows in, this led to the frames bowing and the glass not fitting correctly, this was after they had dropped 1 unit smashing it on my drive. the fitters were consistent and dropped their drill on 2 brand new radiators chipping them and continued their clumsiness by dropping the drill on my bathroom basin cracking it and proceeding to fill it with silicon. once the bay window was in we had decent airflow and could see the outside world through the joins in the frame. The doors and some windows were fitted on the diagonal and proceed to rub creating a scuffing noise and ensuring airflow continues through the top of the door where it doesn't seal properly. after having 5 or 6 units replaced and 15 attempts of remedial work we continue but with a large number of driver marks in the frames and trim. after a few months the rooftop of the conservatory blew off in a breeze leaving us with a waterfall in which safestyle reply was to send someone out in 2 weeks. safestyle are very illusive when trying to contact them and i would seriously advise to stay well away, i've added a couple of pictures from our journey, i have a few videos of the indoor rain and well over 60 additional pictures, hopefully this will influence your decision.... “We had an amazing salesperson coming out to see us and explain about the product we were interesting in. We had our frond door replaced in a sage green colour with the top paved in glass. The fitter was great he has done an excellent job. He has clean up after himself as well as taking the old door away. We are very happy with the results.”

Communication was good in terms of keeping us informed of an installation date and the fitter calling us on the day with an ETA.
Installation went well although some render was damaged as screws in brickwork caused damage on removal of old door. The fitter made good.”
