“Shocking company! Our sliding patio door was put in wrong in every way, an engineer came out and said it would have to come out and be put back in properly told us everything he will do to right the problems. Told us he’d be back next week, never turned up, after numerous phone calls to them they then pencilled us in for two weeks time, never turned up again. All we get from the help desk is they are coming out but they don’t. At our wits end they do not care about their customers one bit, once they have your money that’s it. Steer clear from this company!!”

“My true account based on my works only!! I had work done on 9th May 2022 overall I'm happy with the windows fitted had a nice crew The front door mechanism as resistance when turning unable to lock or use front door because I would rather wait until issue solved. Head office no problem nice people indeed.. went out of there way. My second lot of works shall be put on hold for now.. I know its a minor issue unable to use my front door for now I'm sure safestyle engineer will sort it out I'm still happy to have my second works done at a later date, locking mech on a door is only minor job. Give safestyle 4 stars this time room to improve next time around where I may give a 5 star always room for improvements Yours Mr M”

“Safestyle engineer came to adjust my door Dave Jones is friendly and thorough . it’s a good job your engineers aren’t like your shocking customer service team . I was told haven’t you another door you can use when I reported an issue and I’m the whole of 2022 there was no Saturday appointments available and I’d have to take a day off work to wait in . Tbh that’s if you can get through on the phone Thank you Dave for resolving my issue today! Dave is 5 stars safestyle Customer serve minus 5”

“The four stars are for Dave Jones from the aftercare team for resolving a couple of issues The previous fitter had fitted the wrong replacement door handle effectively leaving the door unlocked. Dave spotted the error straight away and sorted it”

“If anyone out there has read my first initial review regarding the purchase and f my new front door and side panels in September 2020 please disregard every word I wrote. Recently I contacted Safestyle with problems arising with the glass side panelling moving when I closed the front door. Do not use this company there is no after sales service whatsoever with their customers and they told me they could not do anything with the problem. I was warned about this company wish I had listened to them. However I will proceed with this complaint further via other channels .”

“The sales rep provided excellent advice and support throughout. The customer service enabled me to make changes prior to installing which was great. Installation of my new door was on time and efficient. I an now the envy of the neighbourhood.”

“Very pleased and happy with our new door , love the colour Chartwell green very quick installation and the fitter was very thourugh with the clean up of all the mess behind him, very impressed also with his covid 19 Risk Assessment Standards, and all in all very happy.”

“Very good service. Sales rep came at arranged appointment time and was very knowledgeable with no hard sell. The surveyor was professional and gave us sensible recommendations. His measurements were accurate. Scaffolding was put up the day before . Fitters arrived on the arranged dates however they did start work at 7.15 am both days. They were professional, efficient and did a good job. They sheeted up the work area and cleaned up afterwards. We had all the windows in the house and a front door replaced. I am pleased with how the house looks now.”

“Quick to get a rep out to see you! And did actually match a price we got from another firm, installation date wasn’t too far away either and the fitter was very polite and tidy so far very pleased”
