“We had our new backdoor installed on the 18th June. Couldn't have chosen a worse day weatherwise, with torrential rain all morning. The poor fitter was soaked and inevitably a lot of mud came into the kitchen. Pleased with the door. However, the flashing outside, probably with the hot weather, has become detached from the new concrete rendering. Also there are nasty stains on the flashing, which we thought we would be able to remove easily. But this is not the case. Any suggestions of how to remove the stains would be appreciated; normal household cleaning products have no effect. Pleased with product and service. Contract no. 1385870”
