“We had our new backdoor installed on the 18th June. Couldn't have chosen a worse day weatherwise, with torrential rain all morning. The poor fitter was soaked and inevitably a lot of mud came into the kitchen. Pleased with the door. However, the flashing outside, probably with the hot weather, has become detached from the new concrete rendering. Also there are nasty stains on the flashing, which we thought we would be able to remove easily. But this is not the case. Any suggestions of how to remove the stains would be appreciated; normal household cleaning products have no effect. Pleased with product and service. Contract no. 1385870”

“Due to COVID-19 installation was delayed by three months. But give Safestyle their due they booked in as soon as possible. Glad to say that on saturday they arrived worked very well and got the whole house completed in one day. Lovely job could not complain. .”

“The sales rep was good and polite and didn't push me to buy anything. The surveyor was efficient and advised me of all aspects of the job. The fitters on the day were really good friendly and efficient even cleared up all mess inside and out . Good price for product.”

“Initial sales rep fabulous, straight forward, wasn’t pushy at all, fair price. The installer was brilliant, so clean and tidy and did a fab job. Only downside was the after sales man who appeared at tea time after the installation, he was pushy and wouldn’t take no for an answer! If I wanted windows, I’d a bought them when I bought my door!”

“Even though my decision to have the windows felt spontaneous and rushed the company made me feel as if I was in good hands . The contact and communication was easy , by phone , e mail or text I was made to feel very looked after. Every 'after thought ' I had they reassured me of the process . I loved the communication and politeness of everyone involved.”

“I needed a replacement front door and was impressed by the peed of service, a swift visit to select door, the finish and furniture, and then it was installed within three weeks. I am very happy with the look and now I am cosy and secure.”

“I was recommended by a friend who had received a very reasonable quote. Having pressed send to receive a quote I was contacted almost immediately to arrange a visit by a rep who was business like without being too pushy - a quote for windows and % discount rose as I looked into adding doors into deal. The finance deals made it possible to progress, surveyor and fitting all went ahead very smoothly - the fitters were great and didn't pause over a full day and few hours the following day. All fully fitted and looks great inside 19 days from start to fitting.”

“Salesman was not very well prepared but surveyor and fitter were excellent. Fitter was polite and efficient and did 3xtras like removing bell without query. Overall a great experience.”
