“The door is fine, came in very quick time which was appreciated. The staff that I dealt with all were friendly and helpful The only down side I have is that I ordered black accessories (so black handle, black post box, hinges etc.) However, the barrel lock only comes in silver or gold. I wasn't made aware of this when ordering the door and when it arrived was very disappointed to find this out, so disappointed in fact I had to go out and buy a black one from another supplier and have it fitted. If Safestyle had told me this when I was ordering the door I may have reconsidered my choices or gone with a company that supplied everything in black as I had wanted. So if you are ordering black accessories be aware that the inside door lock will not come in black, but silver which I find stands out and ruins the look of door. Safestyle may want to consider having black as an option so in future customers like myself don't have to go to another company to get this changed.”

Needs more communication between rep, surveyor and joiner though. The surveyor stated my burglar alarm contacts on my old door would be fitted on to my new door however, the joiner was reluctant to do this, after my stating I would not have the door unless it was fitted onto my new door, he fitted it for me.
I would recommend safestyle to anyone.”
