“Very professional and pleasant tidy up after themselves”

“Good experience in general, the installation was quick and the waiting time not too long as well. The installers came in the morning and started their work such that just past 2pm they were done with it. All done neatly and quick. However, the first representative, we didn't like the way we kind of were forced into the contract. Fortunately the second one we spoke to honoured the deal we had with previous one and was much nicer. The second surprise came with the installation booking, because the surveyor said we need to have a scaffolding, which is actually fine, but the surprise came when we had to pay for it, where we were assured (by the representative) that there will be no additional costs for the installation... All in all please work on your sale practices and it will be 5 stars service.”

“Good installation arrived early and very little disruption. Several small issues - forgot to leave window keys(arrived several days later by post), unable to remove label off one of frames and drainage caps missing( still waiting for them to return to correct). Overall though pleased with result.”

“We had back and front doors replaced by SafeStyle. The work was completed to a high standard. There was a few issues with the backdoor. Just one phone call and the guys were back to complete a small repair. I would certianly use SafeStyle again”
