I had a back door fitted to my ground floor flat by Safestyle at the beginning of June. Fitter did a good job but locking was faulty. Another fitter came within 2 hours and sorted out the locking. However I have never been able to shut the door so I can lock it without really having to slam the door. I have been in touch with Safestyle but cannot get anyone until mid-August. A bit worried that locking mechanism may fail. I am having trouble with my upstairs neighbour who is complaining about the noise of the door shutting.I am having to leave the door unlocked during the day. I am a 77 yo lady and I don’t really need this. I think this is very poor after sales service.

Had someone come and measure the windows, and speak about our options. The guy was friendly and took note of our opinions and what we had been looking for. HOWEVER, the following morning we received a phone call from one of the company's branches asking how we felt about it all, we told them we would be wanting to wait a little while to save some funds so that we wouldn't have to enter a 10-year contract. Upon saying this the guy huffed and hung up, throwing his toys out of the pram. Not even waiting to hear what else we wanted to say. Definitely the WORSE phone call I've had with a company

Good product but a few issues that are currently not being resolved do not pay full invoice on completion customer service telephone number is a joke you cannot get through

HAPPY. Yes I should be but no I am not. Fitted wrong windows and I phoned and the lady didn't want to know. Now I have different windows at the back to the front. Not only that the lady lied to me saying they didn't do the windows I wanted, but the man who came to see me showed me the window and it was the same as I wanted. So how come they fitted completely different ones. One very disappointed customer. Wish I had paid on a credit card as I would have some cane back.

Good value but poor service. After external vents not supplied had to call customer services 4 times (including 2 scheduled engineer visits that did not show up - and I had to get back to them to re-arrange) to get them to come back and fit \ cover up the holes left.

Both fitters were prompt and started work immediately but they were very messy, didnt really clean up and nothing was laid out on my wooden floor, their tools and things were just put straight on the floor, prep work was really non existant, good job fitting 7 windows and 1 back door but they were very young and didnt look like they had been doing it for very long. Paid a lot of money for this work and would have liked maybe a more experienced fitter.

I was going to give 5 stars but I can’t.....they “done” the job at my house 1.5 months ago however it’s still not completed. Still awaiting for my spy hole, door number, security lock and safety chain to be fitted.....they've given a date - 4 days after the installation but never turned up. When I’ve made a complaint -various problems have arisen with the windows/doors in the meantime anyway - I’ve got an another date but have been cancelled again.....have a third date, we’ll see what’s going to happen. I can understand, their are being busy and maybe working less staff due to recent circumstances but we can’t blame Covid 19 for everything. Need more better organization, seems very unprofessional. The only good thing was the professionalism of the two engineers who fitted the doors and windows. They were excellent and worked in harmony with each other. I would recommend self-adhesive house number/ knocker to use and not drill and damage the expensive guardian or even upvc doors. Also would be great to offer improved safety chain - again, this would only serve to protect the door against drill damages. Overall, I’m being very disappointed.....

I am absolutely delighted with my new door, feel as if I have a new house. Steve,the fitter was excellent.The finishing off is perfect, you would not know there had ever been anything else there. Would highly recommend Safestyle if asked. Pat Laughton

Generally satisfied as the fitting and completion was done to schedule but a little disappointed with the faulty hinges.

fairly happy with safe style and the front door. only concern is that the door handle is very stiff wen putting it into the locking position, was told by fitters that this is due to the seals being new but have recently noticed the door is slightly out of line with frame. The wife and i have no problem with it but if it was in a old persons house, they would. hopefully it will loosen up in time.

We were not advised at ordering that finance was an option, we then tried to organise this over the phone to be told it takes 3 weeks to set up and therefore our order wouldn't arrive when needed (current door had a huge gap at top). So we had to proceed with paying in full. Fitters arrived at 8am, but we were told 9 to 1... May not seem an issue but my husband worked until early hours of the morning so that potential extra hour wouldve been good!! No phone call saying when fitters were coming though. Fitters were fast, but chain smoked their way through the job - therefore no covid precautions of a mask. Overall expensive, and lacked customer service support. Door looks good but wish we had time to shop around for a better deal.

Helpful Informative and salesperson experienced in d glazing Lbwjt the sales vhzjt takes so much time. Hopefully post covid these sales type visits will be adapted and updated and price haggle dropped to replace best price as price quoted. Windows replaced checked and after sales service good. Chasing customer service team re discounts agreed and cheque in post needs attention!!!! good and servi

Service was ok sales person pushy and prices changed once challenged as I felt they were verybeckensjve for what I was getting. Ince order confirmed quick turn around and fitter was friendly and knew what he was doing. PVC door you get what you pay for but happy with paid and what I got

The product is very good and the installation team were excellent, polite and curtious at all times, great attention to detail and left the site tidy. The overall value for money is also very good. The problem I had with Safestley was with the the customer service aspect. I had difficulty in getting people to phone me back, I also made appointment for no one to turn up, I had to ring to be told they forgot. It got to a point that I asked the question if they wanted my business or not.

The windows are really good however the ordering was mismanaged and there was a delay in supply and fitting of cladding which was very poorly communicated. Scaffolding remained up a full week after completion and we had to ring 3 times to request removal as this was causing us problems having to leave our gate open and the grass was dying off. The fitters were extremely good And the windows are nice quality however

I had two very nice installer's from Safestyle today namely Dave and Ryan they were very polite and very efficient workers when they left the place was immaculate

Nice door, quick installation but the door doesn't have a spy hole (which was included on the order). Was told it would be sorted by customer services but have not heard anything back- that was a week ago. Other than that it's fine.
