“Salesman was ok, surveyor was ok, fitting ok (albeit one workman was a clever so and so) but I was left with mess to clear up as "we don't carry a vacuum with us" and their work sheeting ripped and left mess all down my stairs! One of my handles was broken when it was unpacked, so a date was arranged for a reorder and fitting. Sadly no one turned up to fix things. By this time one of my new windows was failing to close properly and another was leaking slighty, so a call to customer services was made. After being in a queue for 45mins and being transferred to the tech department a new date was arranged. Yet again a no show!! I was assured that someone did indeed arrive and got no reply at the door - both myself and husband were home all day and no chance of missing the door bell. Third time lucky and a month after initial fitting a workman did eventually turn up and all my problems are cured. On the plus side I have a direct phone number and I am on first names with a gentleman in the tech department. This will save having to sit in a queue via customer services. I shall be needing a couple of doors soon - will I be using Safestyle?? - quite honestly I'm really not sure at this point.
With all this said, I do like the style, colour and look of my new windows and they are receiving nice comments from the neighbours.”
“do not use this company pushy salesperson and make sure you don’t pay the deposit you only have 7 calendar days to change your mind. Shop around you can get cheaper quality windows and doors.”
“New door fitted earlier today and - so far at least - have no complaints whatsoever. The fitters turned up at a time that suited me and were very polite and quick and cleaned up afterwards. Door guaranteed for 10 years, so I might possibly come here again and up/downgrade the star rating.”
“I would not and I repeat not recommend Safestyle UK to anyone. Had Windows and doors fitted last October and the mistakes are still on going and its the end of March, disgusting.”
