“Quality of the product and workmanship during the installation are of top quality and worthy of a 5 * rating.
However the initial installation date was optimistic at best given the lockdown situation and I received no contact from the company for weeks.
Things moved swiftly following a formal complaint and issues with the initial survey were identified and rectified swiftly.
I have used safestyle before and had no issues so I do not believe my recent experience to standard, therefore I can only recommend them to others.”
“Safestyle replaced the windows and doors at my last home about 7years ago.I had been so pleased that when I moved to my present home last year they were my first choice when I needed to replace some very old windows. Yesterday Safestyle returned to put in new french doors for me. Again the service was as good as I had come to expect and the fitters were lovely as are the doors. My thanks to everyone involved.”

“The customer service had been brilliant throughout the process, from selection to commissioning to post installation. They had been in contact throughout specially when the lock down was announced, they took our concern aboard but also were happy to move the dates ahead if we were not comfortable with the installation. They kept in touch and gave us regular updates. Later we were given a date based on our preference for installation and the doors were installed professionally. The fitters wore adequate ppe and maintained their distance. However, during installation our input was very limited as their pre install team had done a survey and had discussed all the issuea and concerns in detail. They also installed a cat flap for us.
The only issue we have had that the installers could have cleaned the area a bit more, saying that it was only minor and only required 10min of our time, second thing that there was only one key given for the barn door window bay whilst others were given in 3. However when pointed to them they are going to issue us another 3 keys.
Other then the above minor things we are quite satisfied with their work. They are cheaper then others but quality is very good. This was the second time they had undertaken work for me. I am sure there will be a 3rd time.

“Great from the offest, the sales man was really helpful and very friendly. We had a delay with our door due to corona virus however i can't fault the communication we were kept informed and regularly updated throughout. The door was fitted quickly and we have had no trouble since. Would really recommend safestyle.”
