“This is the third time using safe style, and as all other previous installations, this one again was top notch. The new door looks the bees knees and instantly noticed the difference in the hallway, excellent product and installation.
My only gripe and this isn’t against any one person, was the lack of clarity and mentioning that the doorbell currently fitted wouldn’t be put onto the new door, so we were left with doorbell wires being left exposed. This is nothing that would prevent me using safety or again but an awareness for future installs, this should be mentioned to the customer.
But overall, would use and recommend.”

“We had new windows installed throughout (15 in total, including a bow bay and a box bay window).
10/10 on the fit and finish. The installers were great. They'd been in the trade a number of years and clearly very experienced. They did a really tidy job and cleaned up after themselves. Any difficulties / decision points were well communicated and accommodated for without any fuss. Overall very pleased with the final product.
Smaller niggles (hence dropping a star) were encountered earlier in the interactions with Safestyle, but these were minor & workable:
1. the survey team contradicted the sales team on a couple of points.
2. when the overall price / spec moved based on the above, it caused a little confusion and as a result I had to call customer service for clarity (and even then it wasn't 100% clear on why I needed some additional fitting supplies).
Despite the above, it really wasn't worth losing sleep over. What I care about is the final product .. and it's excellent. Would recommend.”
“Overall happy with new windows. Work carried out generally good, perhaps fitters could be more protective of the carpets. Little details were left not finished ( few bricks were left loose ether side of two windows). In the future will keep closer eye on them!”
