“When the deadlock on our old door fell, locking us out of our house, which ended with a locksmith drilling the lock we had no choice but to buy a new front door. This was not a cost we expected or something we had considered.
After internet searching I made an enquiry on the safestyle website about cost and within minutes we had a call and an appointment booked for that afternoon. The āsalesmanā was professional, understanding and knowledgeable. He could have pushed us into buying a much more expensive door but DIDNāT. He sympathised with our situation and offered a sizeable discount. Two days later a surveyor came and accurately measure. 10 days later a bespoke door was fitted. The fitter explained his work throughout and left area tidy, including taking the old door for recycling. With clear communication throughout, a reasonable price, a suitable product, quick timescale, recycling and ease of payment I would not hesitate to recommend or use safestyle again!”

“Having had very bad experiences with windows being fitted by other companies over the years in other properties I have owned, I had very low expectations with Safestyle UK, despite the reassurance from both the salesman and the surveyor. I need not have worried. The fitters, John and Liam, were excellent. It was obvious from the start that they knew what they were doing and took pride in doing a really good job - which they did! I bought two composite doors and five windows. The quality speaks for itself. My home has gone from arguably the scruffiest in my road to far and away the smartest. I am really delighted with them.
