“Seen the advert, filled in online form, customer services called within a couple of minutes, was able to book an appointment at the weekend, very convenient. Sales agent arrived, helped us with our ideas, gave us a great deal. Remainder of process was smooth. Fitter arrived, new door now in place. No mess left, very happy with our new front door. “We have used Safestyle previously on a property and where pleased with that installation and how we were dealt with, therefore we used them again for a replacement front door.
The helpdesk setting up the appointment for the sales representative where helpful and accommodating in setting a date and time to suit us.
The sales representative was informative on the door choice and its feature he also worked through the discounts available to us in a timely manner.
On the day of the installation the fitter was prompt explaining what he was going to do and ensured the surrounding area was protected. On completion he cleared away all rubbish and took it away with him.

“After getting a few local quotes, I thought I'd try a national company, safestyle were the first to offer an appointment.
The salesman that came round was very friendly and the initial price was very good, however not close enough to other quotes I had. Without the hard sale, it was very simply put to me, what price would you be happy with? We both agreed a price and the order was then taken.
After the salesman, a week later I had a surveyor sent from safestyle, who was very knowledgeable and more than happy to answer my questions.
Then a week or so after, the fitter came with the door, absolutely nothing bad to say about him, talked through everything he was doing, explaining the whole process and quite a funny guy. Fitted the external door with no problems, cleaned the whole work area and the new door, the sealant looks great and everything looks perfect!
I was quoted around £50 cheaper with a local company, however I decided to go with safestyle for the added 10 year warranty and security knowing the job would be done properly.
A few days after the job I even received a visit just to ensure everything went OK and if there was any issues since the install.
