“due to covid 19 the communication was very good. When fitters came they they did the job very well and cleaned up after them. All in all very pleased with my door and the service”

“I have had several purchases of replacement windows and composite doors from Safestyle. Not sure how the goods and service I received could have been surpassed. The salesman, store manager, surveyor and various fitters have all been extremely helpful and professional and could not have been nicer people to deal with. The prices undercut all the competition that I obtained quotes from and I am more than satisfied with their products. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and they would be my first port of call for any further future requirements.”

“very good doors the two fitters were also very helpful only two problems spy hole was make for some one 5ft 11 I am 5ft 7 so much too high for me to see out some on e is calling to put in a further spy hole lower down this was one item we did not check with the fitters as they forgot to ask also 2 doors work great but the front door is very stiff to open the fitter did say it would get better, it has not so the gentleman who called about this survey say they would return to fix this problem. except for this am very pleased with all 3 doors I do not mind if you do not show this review as I felt I needed to let you know so that the fitters could return very quickly”

“Survey conducted during height of the covid lock down with care and awareness of all aspects of infection prevention Used ppe and cleaned all and surfaces he came in contact with. Never breached social distances. Dispite cancellations due to our extended lockdown we were kept informed and when it was possible the windows were fitted efficiently and quickly The fitter was considerate of all infection prevention directives. The work was finished and everywhere scrupulously cleaned on completion. At this moment we have no complaints about service and fitting and trust that will remain so.”

“From the time of calling for a free quotation, to the point of installation and completion, we have been guided and staff have in constant communication. The installers came on time and finished the job in good time. They also ensured that all the windows are installed with high standard specification. A job well done.
