“I had a locked up seat belt & SafetyRestore repaired it for me, seems to be ok. My biggest complaint overall is how long it took to get the belt back. It was repaired and shipped out the day after it was received via Fed Ex ground. It took 10 days to get delivered. I had sent the belt to SafetyrRtore via Express Mail that cost $12 and was delivered in 2 days. SafetyRestore charges $15 for the shipping why they could not use express mail is a mystery to me. The other thing is that I wanted to know what caused the problem since the vehicle had not been in an accident. I called and was told belt assembly had been completely rebuilt. However, I could see very clearly that the original gas charge had not been replaced ( I took a picture of the worn and scuffed up OEM label) though Safety Restore told me that it had been. I have a warranty but have to wonder if it will be honored if I have another problem with the belt.”

“I had four buckles repaired everything worked fine, all related codes taken care of. Just would be nice if you could reprogram the airbag module to get rid of hard code.”

“seatbelt was perfect, module I don,t know cause light still came on and stayed on, taking to dealer to have it checked, wrote email to company did not get a reply, considering if the module was rebuilt and any problems with it, have changed all airbag parts that go bad after wreck, wished safetyrestore would have answered back on condition of module and repairing it if there was a problem, great service bad communication”

“Excellent Service ! fast shipping , my Mitsubishi Eclipse 2012 had a side accident and both (seat and Side Airbag deployed, Safety Restore updated the processor information and now my car is Safe again. all systems work great with the new airbags the SRS computer is back as new”
