“Sent in my SRS control module after replacing both passenger and driver side airbags. The passenger seat-belt was also reeled in and frozen; replaced it as well. Afterwards I got a flash DTC code of 10-1. So I open a ticket and mailed the control unit to you. After the re install: NO CHANGE. Still a 10-1 DTC and the MES won't reset it. Any ideas on what is still wrong? It's a 2000 Honda Odyssey EX, it's not worth taking to a dealership to fix. But I can't sell it either in it's current state. “You do not answer your phone. Your service dept. did not respond to an e-mail inquiry concerning the lack of a confirmation e-mail. You did not answer the same inquiry sent to your company e-mail. I paid your company $90 for a repair that has not been done, because I cannot get anyone at your company to respond. Which you also apparently do not realize or you would not have sent this e-mail for a review. I have never had such appalling service from a company doing business online. You rate a 0 out of 10. Please refund my money, you have done zero to earn it. I'm sure that I will never hear from you again. You have no customer service, what a joke.”

“I looked averywhere to fix the stock seat belt, until I decided to try SafetyRestore. Well! I'm absolutely happy with the service, I got them back quickly and installed and no problem at all. Thank you”

“I was told no company could rebuild my 2014 seatbelts. The dealer was going to charge over $400 for the set I needed. I contacted safetyrestore.com and they asked me to email pictures of my seat belts. They said they could do it! Saved me alot of money and time. Thanks”

“Happy with turn around time. Not happy with fact that new belt was far from a match to old Jaguar color, not even close. Further the button that keep latch from falling to floor was not installed in new belt. We are sure it was safe however were not impressed with quality”
