“I used Safety Restore in 2016 and decided to use them again this year for a salvage truck I was repairing. My only issue was in communicating that they only received 3 of the 4 parts I had sent. An explanation on the E-mail showing a price change could have also been helpful to me in knowing that there was a problem with the package I had shipped. I was unable to speak to anyone in person. I found the on line chat and E-mails did delay in resolving my issue and I even left a number asking someone to simply call me to discuss the issue which they never did. It turned out that the package I sent had actually been damaged while being sorted at the Post Office. Had we found this out the first day I could have ordered the part I needed from the dealer and completed the repair on time. As far as the service for the parts you did receive, the service was timely and appears to be correct.”

“All right I must applaud team at safety restore because their General customer service is commendable I had sent my airbag to be reset and it had stated on the website a 24 hour turnaround time when I realized that it was actually more than 24 hours I was a bit disappointed and upset and I reached out to the safety restore team and even though I got the airbag module later than expected I was delighted to hear that they were willing to offer me a partial refund to appease the situation and for that I believe is excellent customer service I would definitely use the service again and recommend to it all of my friends thanks again safety restore team”

“well, the junk yard, Pick N Pull had a module for my 2006 Honda Civic...lucky, these cars are raided of the airbag parts fast...thanks for trying, best to have one I know will function in an accident...your repairs always leave one wondering if it'll work...”
