“Wife's 2002 525it was showing a airbag light in the cluster. Diagnosed as a failed seat belt tensioner. BMW wanted $300++ to replace not including labor. Sent the failed tensioner into SafteyRestore and cured the issue for under $80. Quick turnaround! We can drive safely again! Highly recommended!”

“We have used this service mutliple times, and the only hitch we've had is the automated system failed to let us know one of our airbag control module could not be reset. I have talked to one of the representatives about this, and hopefully if this ever occurs again, I will know in advance. Other than that one incident, this is a great service, and what an awesome use of resources! It repairs what we have, instead of adding waste.”

“The seat belt worked great!!! I would suggest in the return box that you do a simple write up on the reinstall or refer the customer to the your U tube site or mention the unit install angle and the purpose of the tie wrap installed on the belt. You saved me a lot of money. Benz wanted $200 for the new backseat belt and $400 to install it. The best service I have had in a long time. RR”

“I was skeptical but I'm glad we sent out the SRS to get repaired. Saved our client about $940. I will say that our turnaround time was about 2 business days. So send your module as quickly as possible to receive it back in time. We have another SRS module that needs to be sent out and plan on using Safety Restore's services once again!”

“I am pleased with the work done and the help I got when I had a self created problem putting the repaired seatbelt back in. The yellow electrical plug is nearly idiot proofed, but I managed to bend the delicate prongs that complete the circuit. A phone call put me on the right track and I managed to get it together and the dreaded warning light off. My only quibble is that phone communication is not good. I had to text to get the phone call answered. I did get help then. I will use Safety Restore again and recommend it.”
