“I sent in primary and secondary pretensioners as well as an airbag module to have the charges changed and the module reset. The job was done but when I got them back they look like they came out of a salvage vehicle. They were all scratched up , my air bag module had a chip in the connector. They refunded me about 40 percent of what I spent. So I'm happy for that. The customer service was top notch, except for one person. When I spoke to the manager about what had happened he was a total ass, even called me an ass. He didnt even give me a chance to talk. He gave me a take it or leave it option instead of listening. He was very unprofessional hut Joe and Danny were awesome.”

“being that my camper was a 1997 dodge ram and needed the seatbelt properly constructed and adjusted so it would pass Virginia state inspection, i sent it to safety restore, after my repair shop tried to locate a new or used one for several weeks, otherwise I would not be allowed to operate it in the state of Virginia.”
