“My wife makes fun of me when my Sakuraco box comes in, apparently I act like a little boy at Christmas. I suppose that fits since I portray Santa Claus all year...lol. The flavors are subtle and amazing. I also love the small present sent along with snacks. They are beautiful and well made and are wonderful for displaying and conversation pieces. There is always a thank you note, snack booklet with explanations of each snack and even pages with ways to save on purchases with each delivery which is very nice. I am also surprised with the amount of snacks that come in the delivery, for the price (especially considering from where it comes) I think the price is very reasonable. I have not had to worry about returns or refunds due to the quality of the packaging and delivery. I think in all of the deliveries so far I have only had one broken cookie, and since broken cookies have no calories I didn't know if I liked that or not {8-) . All in all, I can not express how much I recommend Sakuraco.

“Beware of this company! Not only is the box quality not worth the price, but they will not refund your money. They automatically renew your account, without notice, and leave you stuck with product you don't want. So be very careful with your subscription! Very disappointed in this company!”
“In the Moonlit Sakura box, the yeast bread was a definite highlight, I would buy a lot more of that! I also liked the uiro, and the sweet potato bite, along with the hard candy. But I do wish there were options for curating your box, because it included a lot of things I'm not really a fan of.
I think a missed opportunity is a shipping partnership with the suppliers to facilitate people being able to order a larger supply of an item they enjoyed after using the box as a sampler. For me, the whole point of trying things is to find things I like, but without being able to easily source my favorites, the novelty will wear off and I'll probably be sick of getting boxes with only 30% of things I actually enjoy.
Quite a few of the items were broken as well, which is a little disappointing because you're paying a lot for aesthetically pleasing snacks, but overall it's not a huge deal, no need for excessive packaging I guess.”
