“Pick up Order Issue
After reviewing what store had the products I wanted, I placed a pick up order. It was later canceled by Sally Beauty with no explanation or other options. Don't offer pick up orders if you are unable to follow through.

“I came in to buy my usual hair dye and a polish on clearance but had an issue at checkout with the polish that was marked down with red tag but the cashier that helped was very rude a arguing with me can’t sell it because the sell was over . There was many there with red tags . So she talked to me very rudely . I was done with those workers so I walked out . She was talking to me with bad customer service.. Not returning looking in Clovis to shop at Sally’s . I will call corporate about the situate that was very unpleasant.”

You changed the product and NOT FOR THE BETTER!!!! There's hardly any Glitter in these spray cans and any glitter tbst is in these can is barely any shimmer at all.
I originally enjoyed this product, but now, I will have to return the two cans I recently purchased because there is hardly any Glitter in these cans. I'm extremely disappointed by this product.
If I have to go shop outside of Sally Beauty to get the right product that actually performs, then I will.”
“I was just at first and Maine Town Center, Colorado Springs, CO and had the worst experience of my life. I’ve never been treated so rudely the behavior was absolutely disgusting and older lady literally was following me around from the moment. I walked in the door as though I was going to steal something, I’ve never been treated that way before in my life. I didn’t even want sshop there or buy anything from this woman. “"$30 late fee???" I paid my bill ON TIME as SOON AS IT CAME IN! The mailed had AMPLE time to make it on time with a one-way the trip from Nampa, ID to Dallas, TX (and back again), but as I see, I am not the only one who is dealing with this "business." I swore I would not deal with Comenity con-artists, again, after having tried to run a business that used them as the opening line of credit...the games were endless, like having to watch the last "Presidential Administration..." “Don’t ever apply for a credit card through Sally Beauty. They use COMENITY Bank/Financial and it is nothing but a scam.
My first statement came in the mail, I wrote out a check and mailed it well in advance of the due date. Unknown to me the payment must have gotten lost in the mail??? Or did it??? IT FINALLY CLEARED THEIR SYSTEM JUST A FEW DAYS BEFORE I RECEIVED MY NEXT STATEMENT. Needless to say I was charged the full percentage rate for a late fee. So I went to the local store to make the late fee payment and then came home and immediately canceled the card.
Now I have received a statement telling me I have another $3 fee, this time for an interest charge.
When will it end? I have gotten NO help from customer service, they have made absolutely no offer to wave any charges, you would think they would make some effort to be of assistance.”

“Got a pair of peanut walhs clippers that were horribly loud. Went to return it and was told they don’t take back used clippers. I didn’t even “use” them, I turned them on and took them back and was told “no refund is allowed” then called corporate and was told to call Walhs to try and get a new pair. I didn’t want a new pair. I want to return a bad product. I was not told this wasn’t allowed when I bought them. Needless to say, this is BS.”
“The website is so slow it's like being on dial up. I've tried for over 2 hours to even LOOK at my online cart and get an error message every time. I called customer service and the person I spoke with couldn't get into my cart either. I have about 50 items in my cart that I can't purchase.”
“I just experienced the worst customer service at Sally's in Vernon. After purchasing a faulty product. I had trouble returning it. I contacted the original manufacturer and they send me a new one right away. The Sally's store said I can now return it . When I tried to that , The sales person was very rude , condensing and very disdisrespectful. I was treated so poorly and then was told that the product was not right for me from the start, which she actually recommended. This was clearly her way of trying not to except
responsible. In the end, I bought a more expensive product as she literally cut up my original product that I was expected to return to the original manufacturer . I now have to mail back a completely destroyed product. I will never deal with this store again.

“Every item I added to my cart stated it was available in-store. None were available at my preferred store, no problem, I picked another store for the first one and the second one, then from then on down... none of them were available period. Not even for shipping.
I removed them from my cart. Found them and again... I could add them to my in-store cart. But once added to my cart they are not available.
Ok, so I moved on. I purchased the two available at another store.
After your company accepted my money, I got an email 45 minutes later, stating that my order was canceled. And I will get my money back in 3-5 business days.
WOW. It didn't take your company 3-5 business days for you to take my money.
I did not check my email until a couple of hours later, (because it said my order would be ready in 2 hours) to see if I could pick it up. I was just about to go there, but my boyfriend suggested I check first.
So, after an hour of trying to place an order on your extremely slow website, dealing with inaccurate listings, placing an order, taking my money, and not getting what I paid for, and now have to wait 3-5 days for my money back.
Guess if I will ever shop at any of your stores or online again? And what I will be telling my friends and family who shop with you?
Between just 7 of us, we buy stuff at the stores every week. The latest hair coloring, conditioners, and bonders. We collect lipsticks and nail polish lol. We will pay higher prices, if need be to obtain better customer service and accurate website information.”
“Ordered hair color, buy 2 get 1 free, company only sent 2 and refused to send the other one, stated I should have ordered 3, so now I’m returning the 2 they sent and I will buy my hair color elsewhere!”

I placed an order online for 2-hour delivery. The order was delivered to the wrong house. I contacted the delivery driver who said he was unable to do anything about it. So, I contacted Sally Beauty Corporate, to which I was informed that I can only receive a refund if the products are returned. However, I cannot return something that I do not have, I expressed my dissatisfaction and was still refused a refund. A photo of the items on a doorstep was sent to my phone, to which I was able to confirm that it was not my door. My dad walked down the street of our neighborhood and could not find the items on any of our neighbors' doorsteps. Won't be trying that delivery service again.”
“Sally’s is expensive, last 2 times I went it cost me 70 dollars! I only got a few items. Their nail polish is overpriced! What you pay 4 dollars for at Walmart, you’ll pay 8 dollars for at Sally’s! Last time I’ll shop there and I’m definitely canceling my credit card there!”
“I have to say that when you order on line any sally products and it says it will be delivered in 2 hours. Please please please do not believe it. I placed an order for two items and only one arrived within the 2 hour mark. I figured that my product was not available so I gave it another day. Three days later nothing I call and I am told it will arrive between 7 to 10 business days. I express that it was false advertisement and what I was told was it was placed as shipping I expressed how it stated 2 hr and I got nothing.. I will never EVER do this again. They lack customer service d and customer satisfaction”
