“I recently shopped at the Easton Sally store on route 248.. I was looking for my favorite emery boards and couldn't find them since things had been changed around since my last visit.. I looked all around the store to no avail, so I approached the girl at the register.. She smiled and told me she would be with me in just aren't after saying they were in the first aisle down halfway and one the left.. I started looking again and then there KIM was helping me..! What a sweet kind person she is..! She is very knowledgeable about Sally products.. She made me feel good and I was only buying $20.00 worth of stuff.. She made my day.. I left with a smile.. ☺️
By the way, I hope the emery boards will be replenished soon.. The whole display was almost EMPTY.. Are you waiting for fulfillment from your regular vendor or a new vendor..? It really should be addressed soon.. Customers/clients remember when their needs are not met.. 🥰

Nikki was so helpful in figuring out what I should get and what solution number I needed.. Also very friendly. I wanted to buy several but only 2 left. Spoke to the store manager Alexis, and then disappeared in the back and found 2 more for me. Alexis was also professional and helpful. It's so nice when you go into a store and receive this kind of treatment. Please give a shout out to both these young ladies... I will be back to this store to buy my products.”
