“Rather too long between ordering and delivering.”

Dear Jennifer Many apologies for any disappointment with the delivery time. Currently we specify a 5-7 day delivery on the website, however due to a recent internal stock take some orders may have been delayed slightly. Our apologies again. “P & P was quite expensive , but parcel arrived ( quite late for alleged 1st class ) safe & sound . I am pleased with the facialift, easy to use , too early to see any results .”

“The Overnight Facial Oil is one of my favourite products and I have been using it for almost 5 years. It has made a big difference to my skin texture and has reduced pigmentation, and when I wake up in the morning my face always looks refreshed. It also mixes in well with the Sarah Chapman serum if I want to add a little more moisture to my serum in the morning in winter. And it amazing on long haul flights to stop your skin drying out in the air!”

“I received a sample from The Perfume Society and liked it so much I bought the full size item + another one which was recommended for use with it. I received the items (along with a free gift) within 2 days which was impressive enough, but I have been using the products for a week now and several people have said I look younger! Now that is impressive. My skin looks and feels better and the lines are not showing so much. I will be back!”

“Absolutely adores Sarah Chapman products. Sarah has cracked it! Base things on skin condition not skin type as skin type changes. the products all smell Devine but for someone with a sensitive skin in general it's so wonderful to find quality products in one place that really work with no allergy reaction.”
