“First time I have tried these products and I felt a different immediately! The quality is far above anything I have used before so it is value for money. The prescription on the website is really useful too-overall I am really pleased and my husband keeps telling me how soft my skin is!”

“On the whole the service was very good. I did phone the customer service line with a query, requesting a call back. However no one did return my call. So I missed the original offer I was considering. However I am pleased with my order and the products.”

“Have used the facial overnight oil for a long time and love it, was buying from Space NK. Thought I would visit Sarah's website, saw the offer for the Pamper Set. It is such good value for money, the cleanser and day cream are also gorgeous.”

“When the voucher I had ordered for my mother's Christmas present arrived, I was rather excited and being a student £140 was a rather substantial present to give but I wanted to say a big thank you to my mother for helping me get through a very tough year. When I opened the voucher I was disappointed to find a voucher that was written in bad handwriting and did not look in the least bit as professional as I had expected. I have purchased vouchers before, usually from between £20 and £50 and they have always made great presents and looked professional. I wrote an email to your company explaining that I was displeased with the voucher and I felt listened to. The man with whom I corresponded with had gone to some trouble to find a solution which I was very pleased with. However, when this package arrived, it was a gift set, a lovely gift set, but there was no replacement voucher. This is all I really wanted, a replacement voucher that was professional and looked special. I don't want to sound ungrateful but after having received the package I was again rather disappointed, feeling that I hadn't been listened to at all. My mother is looking forward to coming to Sarah Chapman and having her facial and I am sure that she will love it, but it did cause me a lot of stress and disappointment.”

“I absolutely love your products. They smell divine which is a big factor for me . I had a trial of products from a well known skin care Doctor and they smelt revolting! I am totally addicted to your facial oils and will continue to buy these as a total necessity. I only wish I could afford to buy all of your range all of the time . Sigh ???? “I'm very happy with my purchases from Sarah Chapman. I am currently using their face cleanser, face serum, and day cream with spf. I also purchased the overnight facial. I'm 34 with combination skin and I found that I love the cleanser because it is nourishing and softening while still removing dirt and makeup but not stripping away moisture. A nice luxury for the cold winter months. The serum and day cream are doing a great job. They don't feel greasy at all but still give my dry skin enough moisture without looking oily under makeup. Finally the overnight facial is a dream. In the beginning of the winter my skin was so so dry and using this oil in combination with the other products has made such a difference. I can honestly say this is the nicest I can remember my skin ever feeling. It's really fantastic stuff and was worth the splurge! *Note: it is also worth investing in the correct cloths to remove the cleanser. I bought some Emma Hardie professional cleansing clothes and they work perfectly. When using the muslin cloth side just be gentle and don't rub too hard.”

“I am a first time user of products. I live out of London so can only buy online and wanted to try as often in magazines winning awards. The products arrived so quickly it was great. I am loving using them and believe they really do make a difference. I use the overnight facial and anti-age serum when I want a boost and the impact is immediate - love it. I also got the instant miracle mask which I used before a couple of parties - all a bit messy but worth it as noticeable refresher of skin. I also got the 3D intensive mask - the impact was less noticeable but perhaps I am not using correctly. Overall, love the products and will definitely reorder - when I have saved up!”

“I first came across Sarah Chapman's beautiful products in the beginning of 2009 - and have been using them ever since - in addition to the effects of the products on my skin, which is obviously the most important, I also adore the divine smell of the frangipane, jasmine, lily and rose - which has made using all my products feel like a long term mini facial, every single day! Sheer bliss. And then, being very choosy about how my bottles and jars look in my bathroom, these are also beautiful to look at. I am totally addicted! Thank you Sarah. Lisa”
