“Very impressed with the speed of delivery, the quality and stylishness of the packaging of these skincare products. I have been using the Overnight Facial, Anti Aging Serum, Daily Defense and Eye Repair serum for about a week and my skin is softer and firmer. Dark circles under my eyes appear lighter and an annoying sun/age spot on the bridge of my nose seems to be fading. I also like the advice and tips provided via the website and email on how to apply these products using massage techniques you can perform yourself. After one week, I am a Sarah Chapman convert and will continue to purchase my skincare products from them in the future.”

“The website is easy to navigate. Lots of help & information on choosing a product for your specific skin type/problems, etc. I also particularly like the videos giving clear instructions on how to use the products. There are so many choices in the marketplace today, for skincare products, these videos helped make my choices a little easier. I don't live near a Sarah Chapman clinic, however, with all these expert tips and help it felt like I had a beauty therapist in my home to guide me through the whole process. I am looking forward to buying more products. Thank You.”

“I love the hand and nail overnight treatment. I'm a nail tech so iv tried a lot of hand and nail creams but nothing compares to this, I even recommend my clients to use this product. I also love the overnight facial, the smell the feel is gorgeous. Love these products x”

“I have been using Sarah Chapman products for a few years and have never looked back. I noticed that my skin changed dramatically when I went into menopause and felt that I had aged overnight. I honestly believe that by using Sarah's products my skin is even better than it was pre menopause and is one of the best anti ageing products on the market. I am now 52 and people often think I am in my early 40's. Thank you Sarah.”

“I have been using Sarah's products since 2010 when I had my first fabulous facial in Sarah's clinic. Since I no longer visit London very often (very sad about that!!), the next best thing is to use the following products on my sensitive & de-hydrated skin: Overnight Facial Hydrating Booster Ultimate Cleanser Age Defence Day Cream Eye Creme Hydrating Masks (used for the first time last week & the results were amazing!) For years, I struggled to find products that didn't over power my skin & enhance my red cheeks. Sarah's products are gentle, yet extremely effective. Price wise, the products are very reasonable when you compare them to La Prairie & Chantecaille which are the only other products I can use but are more than double the price! Living in the North West of England I order on-line or visit Space NK. I would recommend all of the products and can't wait to vsiit the Clinic again!”

“I have combination skin and prone to acne, that's why i'm carefull about each product i buy I loved all the samples I got specially the skin perfector and the anti agying serum All products are absorbed quickly to the skin except for the overnight facial I feel it's a bit oily and stays on top of my skin It's been a couple of days since using them, so I don't feel a big difference in the apperence of my skin, but until now i'm loving them specially the aromatic smell of each product Defenitly ordering the normal size products as soon as I figure what samples did I like.”

“Web site simple and easy to complete. I chose to order direct rather than through space nK because I am fed up with filling in details of passwords and Ids . I hope when I place my next order I dont have to deal with these issues to complete my order. I sent my daughter a gift of your products. Perhaps next time if a product is a gift it could include a gift card or special packing. I have only used the serum and facial oil so far but maybe you could include a sample of other products for testing, or a discount voucher to encourage clients to try other products. Tessa Hansen”

“I have been purchasing Sarah's Overnight Facial from Space NK for a few years, I ran out and used another well known night oil and really missed Sarah's its just gorgeous, and I notice in the morning how soft my skin feels with this product. I decided to try the cleanser and day cream, I just love these products my skin has improved so much, using just Sarah's products now, found my holy grail of skincare. So glad I signed up for Sarah's newletter, I now receive updates and special offers a recent one being a gorgeous candle free with purchase.”

“Well I've not had these products long, but I can say that I love the smell of them - something akin to those which would be used at a beauty spa. Certainly the Overnight Facial product means that I wake up with my skin feeling lovely, not at all dry as it had been up until I used this, which is a problem at this time of year when heating is on. So far, so good...”

“This is very early days for me as I have only used the products two days. However, both customer service and delivery were excellent, the packaging is beautiful and minimalist and so far I am very happy with all the products plus I also received a lovely candle as a free gift.”
