“Satisfactory service. However, discount could be provided on bus tickets. More buses plying between Faisalabad-Lahore route could be added. Company should consider giving discounts on online ticket purchases in order to attract more customers. Secondly, why Sastaticket is charging merchant fees when Daewoo company does not charge any such fees on ticket purchases through Daewoo app? Should reconsider your strategy.”

“i had to fill details 5 times because before I could fill the details the selected seats got booked by others. that was frustrating as it was the last bus with seats available.”

“Overall good. I was booking ticket from UAE and using UAE card. The PKR amount for the ticket was cheap but USD charge was too much - that I assume is mainly due to exchange rate. If you work something around it it will be really good. Additionally, add hotels to your platform too.”

“The only bad taste was that when i chose a ticket 1 way for karachi, for 11k i was propmted that due to availability issues price has been increased and 2000 extra had to be paid.”

“I really like the app and have booked even international flight tickets from them. One little issue is their last minute service/platform fee that caught me as a surprise recently. Better include it in the beginning to the person doesnt feel "cheated". Otherwise, it's a great service.”
