“I had booked 4 person tickets to fly from Lahore to Karachi on Saturday (28th June, 2025). Ticket of one person had to be changed and I contacted SastaTicket via chat and calls since Friday (27th June, 2025) but all the time they said you will get a call back. I reached Karachi and paid extra charges and got the ticket changed from Airline counter. This cost be 60% of the ticket price! If they would have called in time or changed earlier it would have saved be money and would have been better.”

“I have been using sastaticket for a while now, it has been a good expreienve so far. However, this time it was very disappointing. I searched for one way flights from Islamabad to Karachi for my family. Initially, it showed total amount of around 63,000. But when I entered contact details and move forward for payment, it didnt pass through. I repeated the process and this time ticket price was 71,000, I was surprised but again I tried to make payment and failed, the third time price was 75000 and failed and ultimately I bought same ticlets for 85400 because I must have had to go. I dont know whether it was intentional or system error but It was very disappointing.”

“Took half an hour to connect ro a representative and therefore I missed it. I gave bank account number with branch code and bank name for refund and they still asking me for IBAN number where they could easily figured it out based on the info I provided. They still said the refund will only be processed when correct info is provided. Now I am waiting again to get connected for a while so that I can just give the IBAN number..”
