the service is good regarding the online booking but the bus service was not good as the video and headphone was not available in the bus where as it was mentioned on the ticket that these are available as entertainment... and the staff was not too friendly, the public address system was very poor, even the passengers could not hear the DUA E SAFER, whate as staff was offering the dua, but due to poor quality or adjustment the voice was not hear able and could not understand able

I booked last flight of 13 May 2025 but I postponed my program and was trying to cancel my booking / flight but I couldn't manage and I have been charged full ticket without travelling. I tried on website, on sastaticket application, phone calls and chat rooms but no one was responding and the system was really poor to respond. I lost my trust. If possible kindly process my refund.

My name is Ahmed Faraz, and I’ve been a loyal customer of Sastaticket for the past 5–6 years. Over this time, I’ve consistently booked both personal and family travel through your platform, and I’ve always appreciated the excellent service and responsiveness. In fact, I’ve recommended Sastaticket to several friends and family members, many of whom have since made the switch from traditional travel agents. Just last month, I booked tickets for my mother, wife, and daughter and, once again, had a smooth and pleasant experience. However, I’m writing to express concern regarding a recent booking I made for myself to Istanbul via Fly Dubai. Unfortunately, the customer support experience this time has been quite disappointing. I’ve been trying to connect with your team for the past week to discuss and finalize this booking. Each time I managed to get through, the call disconnected mid-conversation, and I didn’t receive clear responses to my queries. Despite this, I went ahead and booked the ticket through the app, still unsure about some travel-related concerns. Since then, I’ve tried reaching out again multiple times—at least 15–20 calls over the span of three hours—with no success or follow-up from your team. As my travel date is approaching (Thursday), I urgently need assistance. I kindly request that you connect me with the appropriate person or team who can help resolve this matter promptly. Me aswell as my family has been a loyal customer of sastaticket since 2021 yet the service provided this time has been extremely disappointing Charging 1300 something per ticket as service fee is a huge scam And more so to add when i got 1200rs discount on using online pay i still got charged for the full amount what BS Tried calling aswell as contacting online but no avail Good bye you have lost a customer Also ill be making sure to add a review on Facebook on the voice of customer to let everyone know that sastaticket has lost its credibility

"Your refund policy is outdated and unfair. Making someone wait up to 10 days for their money after a cancelled flight or bus adds unnecessary stress, especially for those who can’t afford delays. Please improve this."

the people in support are actually very nice. the system to get to them is so slow. it takes hours to get to an agent on chat and quite a long wait time for calls. once you get to them it's smooths sailing but before that its a pain.
