Ticket booking is not updated accordingly to airlines seats availability

Cannot get any touch with any representatives for refund. No option to talk to someone on helpline. WhatsApp number is taking ages to reply. Refund is taking upto a whole month to get processed

Airline cancelled our flight and we didn't have enough time to reschedule. Sasta ticket team didn't offer any option to reschedule, we have constantly call support to get our ticket resceduled only to find our the timing is completely off had to cancel it. No proper communication has been made no email or call is received upon the status. Eventually I had to buy tickets again. Still my money is stuck with sasta tickets I don't know what is going on

I have booked two times of Daewoo Bus service from Karachi to Rawalpindi and on your app it is mentioned LED service but in reality it was not.

Online portal is not working for cancellations and your help line response is poor Have to visit the office in person to resolve and do the cancellations

I would appreciate a timely response. Flight cancellations are a big deal for customers, we’re travelling for work, to see an ill family member. Secondly, Serene air, is a terrible airline, it cancels so many flights and update the passengers late at night. There’s just an apology offered and the passenger is left on their own, searching for options desperately to reach their destination on time.

My flight was canceled, but I neither received an email nor a message from the company or Sasta Ticket. When I went to the airport with my family, I found out that my flight had already been canceled. I then tried to contact Sasta Ticket, but at first, I couldn’t get through. When I finally did, they told me that flights were available in the morning and evening the next day and that I would be adjusted accordingly. I asked them to book me on the morning flight. However, even after two hours, my booking was not confirmed. When I contacted them again, they replied that no seats were available. I then asked them to book me on the evening flight, but by that time, all the seats had already been reserved. Additionally, I was not informed that converting to the same airline would not require an extra payment. Instead, they first canceled my previous order and then booked a new one, charging me an additional PKR 9,285. Later, when I inquired about the charge, they told me that the order was canceled at my request. Please tell me, is this fair? I am a regular customer, and I am extremely disappointed this time. I have been treated very poorly and received no compensation—only frustration and inconvenience. I am really disappointed.

Extremely poor customer service and the app Cancel Flight Feature has been disabled remotely by Sastaticket but you will see it in Sastaticket app. When you click cancel you will get error. Sastaticket should remove this feature from your app or at least pick the call when someone calls you because most of the time it is urgent
