Your websites needs huge attention. Chat box agents are good to help you out but again your web needs some amendments Under manage booking there is no option to add passenger or to cancel the booking, why i have to call or text for small details . Then close the web and start taking bookings via phone call and chat agent.

Jazz help line gives messages of being closed. UAN no only rings twice followed by no answer or disconnection. No reply from email either.

I have paid the ticket amount along with twenty kg luggage per person but at boarding counter they charge us 2500 pkr in addition to the paid amount. What is this???

There is no online or site help available If we buy tickets for 3/ or more persons There are no data being collected except for one passenger App needs to update with good features and information which help to amend or edit info filled by passenger No WhatsApp no working No toll free number working Very poor

I have booked my tickets yesterday. After three hours, I was to cancel my same tickets due to some emergency for which I tried to contact on call centre and what’s app channel but did not get any solution and support. Then I tried to contact your team on website and he assured me for cancellation but did not any confirmation email even after lapse of one day. Pls improve your customer service channels and resolve customer queries and issues. Further, my order is not appearing in your App
