In case of delaying the flight needs to inform the passenger early until someone reach to air port and waiting for 6 hours there

I have booked a ticket using this platform last week for Rs. 32673. The amount has been charged twice by this app. They have deducted the amount twice. As Rs.32673+Rs.32673=Rs.65346. Really frustrating.

I have a flight from Dubai to Karachi yesterday, On my Ticket 35Kg baggage allowance is mentioned. I have asked sastaticket.pk twice on their officiall whatsapp number that in the provided limit of 35 kg baggage, only one unit of Baggae is allowed or we can carry two Bags within 35 kg baggage allowance...??? Both times their representatives told me that you have only one unit if baggage is allowed... Insane!!! When I reached the airport and Inquire there, then I came to know that I can carry two baggage within the limit of 35 kg... This is the information representatives if Sastaticket.pk know... Sastaticket.pk kindly educate/guide/train your representatives!!!

The buss staff is so rude and mean... M ny online ticket booked krwai 3 seats 18 17 19 sath wali but during travel they forced me to chnge the seats and behaving so rude and means and they said bethna ha tu bethy wrna utar k dosri bus beth jao...... Buss hostess tu bht hi batamiz ha usny mere father sy batamizi ki i will never recommend anyone to select this bus service
