The bus quality is very poor. Sastaticket agent call me on the day of my travel that your ticket is not booked. I book the mirror side seat and they give me the other one

I had a terrible experience with SastaTicket when I tried to change a flight from July 10th to July 9th. It was an emergency, and when I arrived at Islamabad airport and requested the date change at the counter, it was processed. However, when I attempted to board, the staff informed me that his ticket had not been updated and denied me entry to the plane. I contacted SastaTicket customer service and explained the situation. Although they issued an AirSial e-ticket, the airport staff refused to acknowledge it. If the issue lies with the airport's computer systems, the passenger should not be penalized. SastaTicket should ensure the airport authority does not mistreat passengers in this manner. I can no longer recommend their service.

Your ticket fair is best no doubt but still you need to increase your price clarity when I was booking Peshawar to Karachi it’s showing me in your system 17000 price when I was confirming it’s going to 22000 pkr

Buss condition is not good....wifi not available... seating arrangement is disorder....no handsfree for led ...buss moving time 0100pm but buss move near to 0230

Overall the services are good The refund procedure after cancellation of ticket is very slow I cancelled my ticket on 16 Jun 24 and till 27 jun24 my refund amount has not been credited I was told by the representative that it will be refunded in 7 working days it has been more than 10 days when I called again the representative again told me it might take 7 more days this is overall not a gud process you people need to improve upon it as any other place refunds with in 2 to 3 days the unnecessary delay is not understandable

I recently had to change a flight coming back to Lahore but your process for changing a flight is very cumbersome ! First you don’t allow online changes - you first have to call an agent to cancel a flight then you get money back in your wallet then you go back online , because your agents aren’t equipped to do to book your ticket, to use your wallet and then pay extra. This is very cumbersome. Either you should be allowed to it all online or all with the agent. Secondly, for some reason I transferred the money from my wallet to pay for my revised ticked but my card didn’t go through. However you sent me a confirmation email on my payment confirming the flight that I had booked. However since my card didn’t go through my ticket never got booked. This was ver confusing why are you sending me a confirmation receipt when my ticket never got booked ?? I got no email or message saying please complete your booking your seat has not been purchased. This needs to be corrected. Lastly you you say you are 24/7 but at 7 am I had a very hard time getting hold of anybody. I normally use your services but after this experience I am very reluctant to do so again.

Buss departed 20 minutes late, as staff was delaying departure for filling all the vacant seats. Buss condition was average.

I got a really delayed response on whatsapp, tickets of buses were booking onine fastly and on station they told us to wait till 9 pm for the opning booking time. only one few seats were left on sastaticket, my payment was not loading i tried thrice in booking of 8pm KHI-LHR (meanwhile seat booked by someone else which I was proceeding the payment for), then I tried twice in booking at 2200, which the payment did not proceed too. I had to go to the station and booked a ticket. This is a very painful process, and I dont know on what basis the online bookings were happening when the on station they said 9 pm the bookings will open. (need to correct the communication) please your payment process hassle free

Extra charges on nothing and there own laziness! A date was mistakenly selected and they reply the other day with more cost which was absolutely rubbish!!

I had to provide the agent all the details, whereas it is easy to cross. Check the details with the associated number or email. In addition to this the wait time for Customer Support is very poor. I received a reply after five hours of my initial inquiry and every time I call the Support number after 15-20 minutes the call would automatically drop and I also requested a call back but I received nothing in the next six hours.
