Poor service and staff behaviour also management should release an apology to public for hiring such employees and not performing their operational duties in time.. Air Blue don’t value time ,which is important part of life.why should one choose to fly instead of of travelling by road… Flight was good 1 hour delayed and no compensation and apology from Airblue… Instead your employees were harassing passengers not to shoot videos.. No tea/coffee was served due to water availability issues.. Disappointed

Chatbot takes ages to connect customer eith the agent. I have received response as late as 8 hours and also you get only 3 minutes to reply back. One cannot hold the mobile in hand for 8 hours waiting for agent to reply

They asked for 4500 more for baggage although i had purchased flight tickets of 19000 which included 23 kgs of luggage and 10 kg onboard luggage

Fours stars because everything was perfect until the payment part. I payed for my ticket through easypaisa, I carried out the transaction, Sastaticket app gave a error that there was a problem with the recipient bank and the transaction wasn't successful. When I checked my easypaisa the funds were deducted. I refreshed the app multiple times, after a few minutes I got an email. If I didn't have to go through this, it would've been 5 stars.

Overall experience was good. There was some miscommunication on call that led me to a penalty of 510 rupees. Also due to rebooking I am not provided with sasta rewards. As per your support agent it will be awarded soon but i think I wont be provided. So on top of service charges, merchant fees. I lost nearly 4500 rupees

There should not be any service charges to book a travel online, Sasta.pk will lose the customers as they can & will directly book tickets online!

The booking of PIA and serene air was in maintenance or something so we booked fly jinnah and for some reason I change my mind and wanted to cancel the flight but they gave me a voucher instead of payment in cash and they also didn't mention any policy of voucher during booking

The platform provides ease and comfort of booking tickets from home but the after sale services is getting poor, long waiting and no response is common. It becomes very costly or difficult to exchange or cancel the tickets and many hidden charges come in the process while if you book tickets with the agents they provide cancelation and 💱 services and valuable advice as well.

I have to cancel my ticket but its take hoirs to contact you representative. Online and application was also not showing the cancellation tabs. You should immediately improve your contact centres helpline procedures.

The problem is that whenever a flight is canceled or there is a problem, there is no response on your helpline or on your WhatsApp. Apart from that, your service is fine. Because when you don't respond to anyone in the problem time,you don't talk to them, you don't satisfy them, then what's the point of such a service? In my opinion, you should improve this thing, pay attention to it, make it better and better.
