“There is a huge difference from the price offered by the airline and the price from sastaticket. Just after I booked the flight, I looked at the price on the airline website. The price on sastaticket was 14000+ and on airline it was around 10000. 40% mark-up is not acceptable.”

“Positive: On time arrival, friendlyh ground staff at check in. Negative: the cabin crew did not come to even clear the dinner trash, did not check if the seats were in their up right position, did not see if the tray tables were stowed. The trash landed with us on the tables . However they were loyal enough to charge Rs 200 for a cold half filled up of a tea from a passanger who did not have dinner LOL !”
