The payment couldn't work over the app. I was using standard chartered credit card and the app kept crashing at payment stage. Had to switch to laptop to complete. Else it was great.

I bought a ticket (fly Dubai) which allows only 7 kg hand bag. Baggage weight should be more at this price, minimum 23kg(one piece).

WhatsApp Service is good but call service is not good. After a day of my booking, they first said no amount received, after continuous complaining they said they have received late payment, very irresponsible.

The app showed that the ticket near me is reserved for male but when i boarded on the bus, the ticket was purchased by a female. So you should improve this thing, apart from that payment and reservation has been smooth

I have paid for the meal to be served to my mother, while reserving the ticket. The airline that was FlyJinnah didn't even bother to inquire about it. She is an elderly person, and this negligence of leaving passengers un-attended has been a total disappointment.

Not a good refund policy. As that take a long procedure which is not acceptable. Before Final step in application you should have a double check whether someone have selected wrong Date or departure as people's do mistakes in hassle and in hurry. No such option. Your helpline was unavailable for so many days.
