Hi, Till the FLight was booked, it was good. But then the next day i had to cancel the flight. it was cancelling way before 48 hours. Still, per ticket pkr 4500 got deducted. i dont understand this at all. Also, the refund amount will be processed in 7 to 10 days. that also does not make sense. Wehy not the same day?

The info ST provides is useful and the process is also efficient, but the excitement drowns when an additional charge suddenly gets added to the invoice amount. No prior intimation, alert or consent...thats not good. And since it appears at the very last when you don't really want to abort the process, so you just pay to finish yhe process. Thats unfair I am afraid.

Hi, Thank you for reaching out. While booking my round trip to Islamabad-Gilgit-Islamabad via your platform, I noticed the ticket prices were almost identical to those on the airline's website. It would be great if Sastaticket.pk could collaborate with airlines to offer competitive discounts, making your platform a preferred choice. Additionally, the debit/credit card charges of PKR 1500 or more should be reconsidered, especially when customers already bear significant government taxes and pay the same ticket price. I bought ticket 19535 and got an email of same payment but dedution by card was 20 thousand plus. They auto selected auto refund and deduct more amount

My flight was delayed and airline didn't inform and I contact helpline os sasta ticket ,they also don't know about delayed of flight Only it is showing on airport ,please complaint to airline as I have purchased ticket via your app you should complaint them on my behalf that without any notice they are delaying flight

Time confusion is on ur website .. u have to show the time of flight in 24 hour pattern ..am pm is confusing.. I had a bad experience today .as flight time was written 06.15 pm ... I had books that serene air flight ..but when I read it properly I came to know that it was evening flight not in morning.. so all my program goes wrong nd I had cancelled the ticket .. 6.15 is morning time .if the flight is in evening u have to written it as 18.15 pm ..so stop making confuse

The service was quite fast but the ticket price got changed from the one that appeared on my screen at first look. it was around 110k initially but once i started booking it jumped upto 125k. that was shocking.

I like your service and i am using freqeuntly form years, I've jsut booked flight ticket last week KHI to ISB for five persons, I have chosen names accordingly as given field (Mr. and Mrs) ie. But there was error in your system which is not showing prefix or gender (Mr / Mrs) . Since i have put my wife name Mrs. Afzal Bhutto, and Airline did't accept it, after that i have canceled that one and booked again with extra charges. I think your system is not made smart, please correct it accordingly. Br. Afzal

My weight was 180 kg and my left leg was fracture I'm so slow walk I m not walking fast but your airhostess ask me fast go and in seat I sit she face expression was very bad I ask her multiple times I need tea she never listening I'm really disappointed about there hospitality
