Had a terrible experience booking from this website. My flight got cancelled twice. After calling multiple times to helpline some were able to help and some were trying to prolong the issue. Better to directly get a travel agent rather than online. Amount refunded is still not being shown in my account and call center team said that please call again while making another booking to get amount adjusted whenever you want in future.

The flight got canceled... the airline offered free travel (domestic travel) and full refund... sastaticket had support people that didn't even understand what the airline was saying. In the end I had to pay merchant charges despite the ticket being refunded. Did not get my free travel option. Useless people... never getting ticket from them

A worst service I have gone through ever with recently. We had mistakenly booked our flight on wrong date which we instantly noticed and brought to the knowledge of Sasta .PK to reschedule it. Instead facilitation the Sasta.com charged us for revised booking and kept our amount with them and asked to get adjust with same passenger and same airline. This was worst ever customer service I experienced. They wasted our time and money and was bent upon to not reimburse the payment to use with them howeverway. There are Agoda and booking .com like services which facilitate their customers. I would say it is more ghatia.com instead Sasta. I would never recommend anyone . Instead we may book our flights from any travel agents due to their outdated and lengthy process.

Your system is based on scam .you get big amount to book air tickets flights never fly even that don't have physical plains.two time you charg me and cancel.waste of time and money , cheapest services as well,

Dear AirSial Team, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had with some of your representatives. During my recent interaction, I observed that the staff members were engaged in chatting and laughing among themselves, rather than attending to customers in a professional manner. Additionally, some of the questions being asked were inappropriate and made the situation quite uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect a respectful and courteous environment, and I believe such behavior does not reflect the professional standards expected from a reputed airline like AirSial. I've booked for Sargodha, fare is also charged accordingly, but ticket was issued from Rawalpindi to Salaam interchange only, I've to pay 700 more from Salaam interchange to Sargodha again.

I booked a ticket with the option of Sasta Refund which states that I can get a full refund in case of cancellation and no charges will be applied on change of date. When I requested a change in date after multiple calls on the helpline they refused to change it for free and charged me extra for it. The fee I paid extra for adding a full refund and free change date was just a scam and later paid again for change in date. This is a very similar scam to what makemytrip is doing.

Lie everything is lie. There is nothing you can do online to modify booking but website gives you option anywaay which is misleading. Not recommended at all.

I needed to purchase 2 time the ticket and wasted 465000. Because no one inform me about the change of policy ok UK. Via call they ask me they tried to call and email but I didn’t receive mail as well. And the worst thing was no one admit the mistake. So i need to purchase a ticket for 2 times at same day. Lolx if you do this to me now and will not compensate me then how i can spread your name in international market. I am a regular traveler maybe after view this review and at least 50% of refund will make your name prior in my mind. Thanks
